Trump’s childhood home in Queens: See photos

Why own a piece of American history when you can rent it?

President Donald Trump’s childhood home in Jamaica Estates, Queens, is now listed on Airbnb for $600 a night, according to a recent listing on the site. The listing bears a green insignia indicating it was “verified” by the website.

The five-bedroom Tudor, located at 85-15 Wareham Place, is the same home listed on Trump’s birth certificate. Trump lived there until he was 4, when his family moved to a larger place on a neighboring block.

Despite (or perhaps because of) its notoriety, the house has changed several hands since July 2016. It was most recently sold in January 2017 for a hefty sum of $2.14 million.

While it may lack some of the gold accents associated with Trump’s current properties, the home does offer a glimpse into the president’s humbler beginnings.

In addition to the bedrooms, the house has 4½ bathrooms and boasts hardwood floors, a fireplace in the living room, a library, arched doorways and more.
